The article examines gender factors and psychological adaptation in the professional activity of female physical education teachers from a theoretical and analytical perspective. Gender is interpreted not as a biologically predetermined characteristic of professional behavior, but as a social-psychological factor interacting with professional roles, working conditions, personal resources, motivation, and professional identity. Psychological adaptation is considered a dynamic process aimed at maintaining a functional balance between professional demands, personal resources, and the social environment. Using theoretical analysis, comparison, systematization, generalization, and conceptual modeling, the article proposes a four-block conceptual model of professionally important qualities: personal-psychological, professional-subject, communicative-organizational, and gnostic-creative competencies. The model is presented as a theoretical construct that requires subsequent empirical validation rather than as an experimentally verified result.
