This article discusses the resettlement of the Karakalpaks in Khorezm province based on A.Boltaev's materials. The article describes the history of the Karakalpak tribes, their location, economic and political relations, and the ethnic and cultural impact of this process. Boltaev's manuscripts, in particular, provide valuable information on Karakalpak integration in Khorezm, cultural exchange and ethnic diversity.
