This scientific article presents scientific conclusions about the existing problems in the use of nutritious insects in the Republic ofUzbekistan and their solutions. Based on this scientific analysis, the existing problems in the effective use of nutritious insectsand the establishment of industrial production enterprises or farms in the Republic of Uzbekistan were noted. In particular, thepractice of obtaining protein products from nutritious insects and using them in the poultry and fishery industries has not yet beenwidely implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
