The article provides information on distribution areas, ecology, decorative and medical properties of Bergama, Jar-ptitsa andCambridge scarlet varieties belonging to the Monarda L. family, which are being introduced in the conditions of Tashkent city(UzMU Botanical Garden). The biomorphological parameters of the studied types were not significantly different compared totheir homeland.This indicates that the varieties grow and develop well in the climatic conditions of Tashkent, and because of their medical anddecorative properties, it is recommended to breed these varieties in landscaping and mountainous areas of our Republic.
