Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the theoretical and didactic potential of the quasi-research method in developing the pedagogical thinking of future teachers. The problem is interpreted as one of the priority tasks of contemporary teacher education, since today’s teacher is expected not only to possess subject knowledge, but also to be able to recognize pedagogical situations, analyze them, make evidence-based decisions, understand students’ thinking, and reflectively evaluate their own practice. Based on a comparative analysis of the works of foreign, CIS, and local scholars, reflective thinking, pedagogical reasoning, noticing the significant features of educational situations, practice-based teacher education, contextual learning, quasi-professional activity, pedagogical technology, and research competence are considered as theoretical foundations for the development of future teachers’ professional thinking. On this basis, the quasi-research method is interpreted as an integrative educational mechanism that combines the modeling of pedagogical situations, the formulation of problem-based questions, the collection and analysis of evidence, the development of solution alternatives, microteaching, and reflective discussion. The author proposes the structural components of pedagogical thinking, the stages of implementing the method, and the main pedagogical conditions for its introduction. As a result, it is argued that the quasi-research method contributes to shaping the future teacher not as a reproducer of ready-made knowledge, but as a professional subject capable of analyzing pedagogical reality, making well-grounded decisions, and continuously developing their own practice.
