This article analyzes linguistic and cultural connections in toponyms found in Uzbek and English languages. It explores the linguistic formation, history, and semantic aspects of place names (toponyms) in both languages. The study compares the origins, morphological, phonetic, and lexical features of toponyms in Uzbek and English. Furthermore, it sheds light on cross-cultural communication and the ethnolinguistic significance of these place names. Toponyms are examined as crucial elements reflecting cultural heritage and national identity. Key sources include historical documents, dictionaries, and contemporary linguistic research. Within the framework of international linguistic and cultural studies, the interaction between Uzbek and English toponyms is analyzed comprehensively. The findings highlight both unique characteristics and commonalities in the toponymic systems of the two languages.
