The article reveals information about the place and role of the digital economyin the development of the country, the basics of creating a digital management system, a digitalplatform and its interrelated elements, as well as ongoing work on the introduction of digitalmanagement in the activities of joint-stock companies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The authorhas developed proposals to improve the effective assessment of the management activities of jointstockcompanies and their digitalization.
