This article discusses the fact that knowing a language has real economic value, teaching and learning foreign languages and cultures, the development of relations with the international community from a socioeconomic, cultural, and scientific standpoint, and the importance of experience exchange. In addition, various variables and methods for creating systematic work with the virtual world and developing oral communication abilities utilizing information technologies were discussed and suggestions were made.
