Mazkur maqolada sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarini xalqaro savdo va transchegaraviy tijorat munosabatlariga joriy etishning huquqiy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, tashqi savdo shartnomalarini tuzish va bajarish, yetkazib berish zanjirlarini optimallashtirish, transchegaraviy to‘lovlar, eksport faoliyati hamda elektron tijoratda iste’molchilar huquqlarini himoya qilishda sun’iy intellektdan foydalanish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2024-yil 14-oktabrdagi PQ-358-son qarori tahlil qilinib, unda sun’iy intellektni xalqaro savdo va transchegaraviy tijorat sohalarida qo‘llashning alohida ustuvor yo‘nalishlarini belgilash zarurati asoslanadi.
