Digital technologies have a significant impact on methods of production, management, business operations, and the organization of work activities. They transform not only production and management processes but also the organizational environment of an enterprise. However, technological progress is not always accompanied by the readiness of human resource and organizational policies to adapt to new workplace structures and working conditions. Therefore, the digital maturity of organizational culture is considered an independent characteristic of enterprise development. The study develops an original model for assessing the digital maturity of organizational culture based on employees’ digital competencies. The model includes a system of indicators characterizing the use of digital technologies in professional activities, the adoption of new digital tools, the development of digital knowledge and skills, as well as the availability of conditions for improving digital competencies. The proposed approach makes it possible to go beyond a general assessment of the organization’s condition and identify areas that hinder its adaptation to digital changes. The assessment results can be used to determine priority areas for the development of organizational culture and to support managerial decision-making in the process of digital transformation of the enterprise.
