Мақола кооператив ҳаракатнинг бир жиҳати яъни Ўзбекистонда унинг ташкилий-қурилиш жараёнининг бориши ва ўзига хос томонларини ёритиб беришга бағишланган. Унда маъмурий-буйруқбозлик тизими шароитида кооператив мулкни расмийлаштириш ва унинг моҳияти, тарихнинг узоқ даври давомида шаклланиб келган ҳунармандчиликнинг хусусиятларининг ўзгариши ёритилади.
