At the beginning of the last decades of the twentieth century, Uzbekistan experienced a severe decline, despite the huge amount of natural, and mineral resources, labor resources, and human potential of strategic importance. In fact, the solution to these problems has laid the foundations for national development models of countries. This article focuses on the classification of political science and economics specialists on the stages of the formation of national development models.
