This article highlights the status and competence of prosecutors, as well as prosecutorial supervision in the field of execution of judicial acts and acts of other bodies in the territories of such countries as Germany, the United States of America, France, the Russian Federation based on the study of the legal acts of these states. Also, in this article taking into account the establishment of bilateral subordination in the enforcement system as a result of the judicial and legal reforms launched in 2017, prosecutorial supervision over the execution of judicial acts and acts of other bodies is considered as the main element in management activities by the enforcement system.
