Today, electronic information flows, like many industries, are changing the role of libraries in society in a positive way. The role of the United Nations, UNESCO and IFLA in this regard is also fragmented. Just an example. It is known that the UN Sustainable Development Program has been adopted and is being implemented in many countries. The program has 17 goals. The goals of sustainable development can be said to be a call for specific action to be put forward by developed and developing countries.
