Annotatsiya

The article discusses the development and possibilities of manifestation of freedom of speech, taking into account the degree of democratization of a society. It is emphasized that freedom of speech is exercised both orally and in writing, and words expressed in writing may not always be clear to listeners. Due to this circumstance, the written expression of freedom of speech, as well as digitally documented, may subsequently cause a more serious reaction from the audience.
