The article reveals the concept of victim of crime of premeditated murder, psychological characteristics of the victim, the role of te victim in the mechanism of committing a crime, measures of restraint of victimological content in relation to persons belonging to this category and also identifies and analyzes the main factors and conditions that make it possible for persons to suffer from crimes of premeditated murder.
