This article is devoted to the applied analysis of diagnostic and restructuring methods aimed at ensuring the reliability of control systems in the event of failures. The paper considers practical implementations of diagnostic and control algorithms using a servo drive setup as an example. The results of experiments are presented, demonstrating the system's behavior under various fault conditions. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed solutions is carried out in terms of stability and operational accuracy. The obtained data confirm the feasibility of using adaptive control structures to increase the fault tolerance of technical systems. The article concludes with the formulation of conclusions and a discussion of future research directions.
