Aim: to study the effectiveness of endoscopic retrograde pancreaticocholangiography and endoscopicpapillosphincterotomy in mechanical jaundice syndrome.Materials and methods: it has been analysed the cases clinical records of 703 patients, who were hospitalizeddue to mechanical jaundice and were cured during 2010-2020 in the Navoi branch of the RRCEM. 603 patientsfrom 703, who were identified mechanical jaundice in their gall-bladder passed ERPHG medical examination.Results: diagnostic effectiveness of ERPHG made up 92,5% and the effectiveness of healing EPST practice madeup 84,8% as a result dynamic observation of mechanical jaundice in the Navoi branch of the RRCEM.
