A mathematical model of heat exchange during cooling of the soil mass using a natural cold soil accumulator (NCSA) was developed, the results of modeling of an underground fruit and vegetable storage warehouse with a NCSA combined with an active ventilation system in non-stationary temperature conditions are presented.
