Business tourism, which is an integral part of the tourism industry, attracts a large part of the population. Improving its efficiency is of great importance for the development of tourism infrastructure. This article raises questions of identifying various segments of business tourism and introducing them into tourism practice. Proposals have been developed for the development of this type of trips when establishing contacts with potential youth employers.
