Oil refineries of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the course of their activities face problems, the main of which is a decline in the supply of crude oil, physical and moral deterioration of the equipment used, lack of necessary production capacity, unstable financial situation. One of the possible solutions to these problems is the application of the practice of providing services for processing the customer's raw materials on tolling terms. The provision of services to a party on the basis of a contract for the processing of hydrocarbon raw materials involves obtaining additional income and new types of products that differ from the assortment of the enterprise.The article discusses the conditions and possibilities of applying such practices at oil refineries in Uzbekistan and provides calculations for finding an acceptable price for the cost of processing raw materials
