This article examines the development of entrepreneurial thinking among young people in the context of the reforms and transformations taking place in “New Uzbekistan.” In this regard, it focuses on the concept of entrepreneurial culture among young people, the factors influencing its development, and the role of spiritual values and legal culture in shaping entrepreneurial thinking. The article also presents the results of a sociological survey.
