THE ESSENTIAL SPECTRUM OF A THIRD-ORDER OPERATOR MATRIX IN THE FERMIONIC FOCK SPACE

Annotatsiya

In this paper, a third-order operator matrix acting in the fermionic Fock space is considered. To study its spectral properties, second- and third-order auxiliary operator matrices are introduced. The relationships between the spectra of these operator matrices and that of the given operator matrix are investigated. Their essential and discrete spectra are determined. Under the condition that a certain integral is finite, restrictions on the parameter are imposed in order analyze the eigenvalues of the second-order operator matrix lying outside its essential spectrum are established. Under these conditions, the branches of the essential spectrum of the considered third-order operator matrix are found.
