Ushbu maqolada ko'rishda nuqsoni mavjud shaxslarning ijtimoiy integratsiyasi jarayonida shaxsiylik omillarining o'rni ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinadi. Shaxsning o'z-o'zini baholashi, motivatsion holati, kommunikativ ko'nikmalari va psixologik barqarorligi ijtimoiy moslashuvning muhim ko'rsatkichlari sifatida yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda ko'rishda nuqsoni mavjud shaxslarning ijtimoiy aloqalar tizimiga qo'shilishida shaxsiy sifatlarning ijobiy yoki salbiy ta'sir mexanizmlari ochib beriladi. Integratsiya jarayonida ijtimoiy qo'llab-quvvatlash, ta'lim va mehnat muhitining moslashuvi bilan bir qatorda shaxsiylik omillarining ham yetakchi rol o'ynashi ilmiy dalillar asosida asoslanadi. Maqola natijalari ushbu toifa shaxslarning ijtimoiy faolligini oshirish va ularni jamiyat hayotiga samarali jalb qilish bo'yicha nazariy hamda amaliy xulosalar chiqarishga xizmat qiladi.
