Purpose. Assessment of the features of the clinical course of varicocele in adolescent children, identification of the main clinical manifestations, and study of the disease's influence on the development of the testes. Material and Methods. In 2020-2025, 48 adolescent children (12-18 years old) were examined and treated in the general surgery department of the Urgench State Medical Institute clinic. All our patients underwent the following research methods: clinical examination, history analysis, testicular palpation, Valsalva test, ultrasound examination of the scrotum, color Doppler ultrasonography, and evaluation of testicular volume using a Prader orchidometer. Results. In 21 (43.8%) patients, they complained of pain and discomfort in the testicular region, while in other cases, the disease was diagnosed accidentally. When assessing testicular volume in patients, testicular hypoplasia was noted on the side where varicocele was detected in 18 (37.5%) children. Doppler ultrasound data confirmed venous reflux and blood flow slowdown. According to the examination results, 39 (81.2%) patients had left-sided varicocele, 7 (14.6%) had bilateral varicocele, and 2 (4.2%) had right-sided varicocele. Conclusion. Clinical classification of varicocele in adolescents is important for a comprehensive assessment of the clinical course of the disease, predicting the risk of complications, and selecting an individualized treatment strategy. In particular, along with the clinical assessment, assessment of the volume and functional state of the testicles is crucial for maintaining reproductive health in adolescents.
