Вспучивающееся огнезащитное покрытие (ВОП) - это пассивная система противопожарной защиты, которая вспучивается при нагревании для образования расширенного многоклеточного обугленного слоя, защищающего основу от огня. В этой исследовательской работе ВОП были разработаны с использованием различных антипиренов, таких как азот-, фосфор и металлсодержащих олигомерных соединений. Эти антипирены были связаны вместе с помощью эпоксидного связующего и отверждены вместе с использованием вулканизирующего агента. Затем проводились исследования теплоизоляционного покрытия, и огнестойкость рассчитывалась с использованием теплоѐмкости значения. Сканирующая электронная микроскопия проводилась для исследования микроструктуры полукокса, полученного после огневого испытания.
