The article describes the prevalence of mesial occlusion, and its risk factors for this anomaly, the association of the occurrence with the entire complex of the maxillofacial area, aswell as the national predisposition to the structure of the dent alveolar system with mesial occlusion, taking into account the geographical prevalence.
