This scientific article analyzes the legal foundations affecting the development of the cottonprocessing industry in business entities. It also examines the regulatory and legal documents governing thissector in the country, their practical significance, and current development issues. Based on the results of theresearch, proposals have been developed to improve legal mechanisms for the further advancement of thecotton-textile industry.
