Mazkur ilmiy maqolada soliqlar va davlat budjeti o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik hamda soliqtizimining budjet daromadlari shakllanishiga ta’siri chuqur tahlil qilingan. Ishda fiskal siyosatning nazariy asoslari,soliqlarning iqtisodiy o‘sish va budjet barqarorligiga ko‘rsatadigan bevosita hamda bilvosita ta’sir mexanizmlariyoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi soliq tizimining so‘nggi yillardagi islohoti va uning davlat budjetidaromadlarini shakllantirishdagi o‘rni amaliy ma’lumotlar asosida tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, soliqsiyosatini takomillashtirish, soliq bazasini kengaytirish hamda soliqqa tortish samaradorligini oshirish davlatbudjeti barqarorligini ta’minlashda muhim omil ekani aniqlangan.
