This article analyzes the structure of the service portfolio, the dynamics of regional servicedelivery, and digitalization efficiency indicators in the activities of Uzbekistan Post JSC based on the IMRADapproach. The empirical basis of the study includes service shares for 2020-2025 and regional and digitalefficiency indicators for 2020-2024. The results indicate that traditional services — periodicals and writtencorrespondence — still account for a significant share, while their long-term development potential remainsrelatively stable. At the same time, parcel delivery and digital services are emerging as promising directions. The decrease in the share of electronic operations from 14.36% in 2020 to 0.88% in 2024 highlights the needfor further development of digital financial services within the system. Additionally, the customer satisfactionindex increased from 86.47% to 97.40%, delivery speed improved by 40% in 2024, and the integral indexreached 87.64% in 2023, confirming the positive outcomes of digitalization processes.
