Objective. This study aims to conduct a systematic analysis of current treatment methods for chronic catarrhal gingivitis in children from an evidence-based medicine perspective. A review of national and international publications was performed, including a meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials (RCTs) involving 2,876 children aged 3 to 15 years. The analysis revealed high efficacy of comprehensive treatment protocols comprising professional oral hygiene, antiseptic agents, immunomodulators, and photodynamic therapy. The necessity of a personalized approach considering age, microbiome, and risk factors is substantiated. Scientifically justified treatment schemes are proposed.
