This article analyzes the concept of bank ecosystem development and its impact on the competitivenessof commercial banks. Within the framework of the study, the features of the formation of banking ecosystems, themechanisms for integrating financial and non-financial services based on digital platforms, and their impact on theefficiency of banks were studied. It is also scientifically substantiated that banking ecosystems play an important role inthe formation of innovative business models in the financial services market, expanding the possibilities of comprehensivecustomer service, and ensuring the diversification of banking services. Based on the analysis results, scientifically basedproposals and recommendations were developed for the development of banking ecosystems and the improvement ofthe infrastructure of digital banking services.
