This article examines the role of tokenization of real sector assets in deepening capital markets and transformingfinancial architecture in emerging economies. It analyzes the mechanisms of converting real assets into digital investmentinstruments based on blockchain technology, highlighting their impact on liquidity, investment accessibility, and financialefficiency. The study also proposes a conceptual framework for integrating real sector assets into capital markets andoutlines key institutional and technological conditions for effective implementation
