This article analyzes the possibilities for improving land resource use mechanisms in farming enterprisesbased on the experience of developed foreign countries. The scientific and practical foundations for developing innovativeapproaches adapted to the conditions of Uzbekistan are substantiated, taking into account advanced agrotechnologies,digital management, land monitoring, environmental sustainability, and land ownership and use mechanisms applied inglobal practice. In addition, the necessity of developing localized mechanisms aimed at ensuring the sustainable andefficient operation of farming enterprises is justified.
