The optimal cut-off points for satiety and fasting were 145 mg/dl and 110 mg/dl, with C-statistics of 0.594 and 0.626, Youden index of 0.187 and 0.252, and Harrell's fit statistic of 0.590 and 0.630. The corresponding multivariate hazard ratios for ischemic heart disease were 1.43 (95% CI 1.09-1.88) and 1.69 (1.03-2.77), and the corresponding population fractions were 16.1% (95% CI 3.3-27.2%) and the optimal cut-off point was (24.3-3.6 points). The fasting and fasting triglyceride levels in the general population of Bukhara were 145 mg/dl and 110 mg/dl.
