The authors of scientific article on the formation of the Institute of philosophy and law at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and on farabiologists, who made a great contribution to the formation and development of Farabi studies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The formation of Farabi studies in the Republic of Uzbekistan falls on the 60s of the XX century. Since it was during this period that the Institute of philosophy and law was created within the walls of the Academy of Sciences. The creation of this Institute is associated with the scientific activities of doctor of philosophy, professor, academician of the Academy of Sciences Muminov Ibrakhim Muminovich. During the scientific work carried out at the Imam Bukhari International scientific-research center, the authors were able to learn about the activities of several historical figures and get acquainted with their heritage regarding the formation and development of Farabi studies in the Republic of Uzbekistan (I.M. Muminov, T.N. Kari-Niyazov, S.H. Sirazhidinov, A.F. Faizullaev, M.M. Khayrullaev, M.B. Baratov, etc.) This article was prepared on the basis of the Imam Buhari International scientific-research center as part of the international scholarship of the same name.
