Annotatsiya

his article discusses the specifics of the use of national outdoor games in the physical education of children involved in youth gymnastics, the organization of classes with national outdoor games aimed at increasing flexibility so as not to tire and distract them from special exercises. Opinions about them are systematized.This article is one of the most important resources for the training of young gymnasts and will be useful for young professionals.
