Recently, the word “tolerance” has become a widely used international word, also one of the most relevant among modern humanities and among educational psychology. Problems associated with interpersonal and intergroup relations, tolerance is studied in social psychology. According to the Declaration of principles on tolerance, approved by the resolution of the UNESCO general conference, “tolerance is an indispensable consent of the world, the most important principle of the socio-economic prosperity of all people. Tolerance should be aimed at counteracting the influence that produced a sense of fear and remoteness in relation to others, to promote the development in adolescents of the skills of free, independent thinking, critical reflection and the development of judgments based on moral values” [2]. To date, the most urgent problem is tolerant communication in society among university students. Conducted research on the education of communicative tolerance of the individual is still not enough. Some of the main components containing communicative tolerance, as well as factors influencing its development in the student period, are not sufficiently developed.
