Ushbu maqolada hududlarni ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlantirish jarayonida mahalliy budjetlar daromad bazasinikengaytirish, ularning moliyaviy mustaqilligini oshirish hamda qo‘shimcha manbalar hisobidan amalga oshiriladigan dasturva loyihalarni samarali moliyalashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot doirasida davlat budjeti zimmasidagi yuknikamaytirish mexanizmlari, respublika va mahalliy darajadagi budjet siyosatining huquqiy-amaliy asoslari, shuningdek,Budjet kodeksi va Prezident qarorlari asosida hududiy budjet xarajatlarining o‘sish dinamikasi chuqur o‘rganilgan.
