This article examines strategies for forming and managing the income potential of regionsin foreign countries. Drawing on the experience of both developed and developing nations, thestudy identifies key approaches to enhancing regional incomes, such as fiscal deconcentration,tax policy, investment attraction, economic diversification, and digital governance mechanisms. Acomparative analysis of international practices reveals effective models for strengthening regionalincome potential and offers recommendations for adapting these strategies to the context ofUzbekistan.
