In this article, the factors affecting the strength of the resource base of commercial banks were evaluated basedon economic-mathematical methods and scenario methods of stress testing were used. Also, as a result of exchange ratechanges, ways to eliminate the imbalance in foreign currency deposits and loans were suggested.
