This study presents the clinical and laboratory parameters of interstitial nephritis (IN) in pediatric practice inthe presence of concomitant uraturia. It is demonstrated that a comprehensive assessment of family history, clinicaland instrumental data, along with in-depth laboratory investigations, enables early detection of IN. Early recognition ofthe pathology ensures more effective prevention of disease progression and the development of microbial-inflammatorycomplications.
