Immune status of 62 patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers is studied in dynamics before and after treatment. Among the used treatment methods, it was proposed to include immunomodulin and bactrim in the general treatment complex as effective drugs from the clinical and immunocorrective point of view. Not only the immunocorregic properties of these drugs, but also the acceleration of wound healing and shortening of patients' stay in the hospital.
