The aim of the study was to study the immune and cytokine status of adult patients diagnosed with BCS. It has been established that adult patient with BCS experience significant changes in the immune system, they have an imbalance of immune system parameters, T-immunodeficiency and overproduction of B cells. The number of SD25+-, SD95+-lymphocytes in patients was significantly higher than in healthy individuals. An imbalance in the concentration of immunoglobulins in the blood serum of patients was observed, which was explained by the specificity of the pathological condition. IL-4 in the blood serum of patients was statistically significantly increased by 11.84 times compared to healthy individuals, and IL-6 was reduced by 1.46 times. blood. Due to the fact that such changes in IL-4 and IL-6 can provide information about the pathogenesis of the disease and its outcome, dynamic determination of their concentrations in blood serum was recommended as diagnostic immunological criteria.
