This article analyzes the concept of personal non-property rights of individuals, their legal nature, and the mechanisms for their civil-legal protection. In light of the newly revised Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which places a high emphasis on the dignity, honor, freedom, and inviolability of the individual, the article explores modern approaches to the protection of personal rights.It also outlines practical recommendations and proposals aimed at improving the effectiveness of judicial protection and strengthening legal guarantees to safeguard human dignity.
