Research is being carried out on the issue of guarantees of human rights and freedoms in criminal proceedings, including the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of participants in legal proceedings. Accordingly, this article provides a theoretical and practical analysis of the topic of procedural guarantees of the rights of the suspect and the accused, the victim, who is one of the persons defending his interests in the criminal process. The article also discusses in detail the scientific views of scientists on the theoretical aspects of procedural guarantees of the rights of suspects and accused, victims.
