This article analyzes the problem of the guardianship authorities to ensure the rights and duties of minors in connection with this action to address these problems, the aim of which is to establish a guardianship and trusteeship. The author suggests his opinion on developing norms whish concern the problems of wardship and guardianship on the basis of analyses of present legal documens. It also deals with the rights and obligations of guardians and trustees in these pieces of legislation.
