The article discusses the importance of training management personnel, creating personnel reserves, training, retraining and placement of leadership and management personnel at a new stage of development of Uzbekistan, as well as the importance of studying the culture of communication associated with the personal qualities and qualities of management personnel, civil servants and leadership activities.
