Supervise wrestlers’ competition and training in wrestling, theterm "modeling" was used as a method of controlling the competition and training activities ofathletes-wrestlers, the assessment of the competitive activity of wrestlers in the first, second,and third stages of training in the preliminary training group made it possible to determineindicative standards for improving individual sports skills. The formation of an individual style leads to a winning result as a result ofrevealing the individuality of the wrestler's actions on the mat, their implementation, and the use of tactical actions.
