Annotatsiya

This article presents a developed methodology for analyzing the technological processes of drying agricultural products through the effective use of the accumulation processes of combined solar and underground thermal energy, in particular the kinetics of the moisture retention level of melon slices and of the dried apricot (kuraga) mass in a volumetric air-heating collector with a heat accumulator, the drying intensity, and the diffusive evaporation characteristics of the heat-and-moisture exchange process in preparing a high-quality dried product.
